Precision Sorting Method

The device utilizes tightly spaced coil sensors that employ magnetic induction to analyze materials as they pass through. When metallic particles are detected, electronic signals activate precise ejections via controlled compressed air jets. Our patented MapLine™ algorithm enhances this process by differentiating between ferrous and non-ferrous metals, resulting in higher purity rates and improved recovery, leading to a quicker return on investment.
